Here’s another recipe I found on Tasty via my Facebook subscription to the page. Recipe HERE! I have been trying to use more carb alternative foods because my body has an extremely difficult time processing carbohydrates (slow metabolism, boo!). This is my second time using cauliflower as a substitute. My first time was pizza crust (delish by the way!). I am constantly impressed by all the things we can do with cauliflower. This is a great snack to make instead of tater tots! 😉
