I know I post a lot of things about eating food. Of course, it’s a food blog! But, I thought it would be nice to do a post on preparing our bodies to eat all this food. After all, we have to maintain our sexy body figures! 😉

Here are some tips I’ve found that I’ve actually used myself. The water tips are great. I don’t mean to sound disgusting but, I had no problems taking a shit! I have an extremely slow metabolism and these tips helped my body process food quicker. It gives my body more opportunities to try more foods! I hope you all can benefit from these tips too! 🙂 I felt like Charlie Sheen:
