It has been a year and I decided to make this meal for my family. Simple meal.
2 Eggplants
2 16oz cans of tomato sauce
Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

This time I decided to make Basil Pesto Bruschetta. I bought the Basil Pesto sauce from the grocery store, Classico is the brand name. I spread sauce on the baguette that I bought from the store and broiled it on high in the oven for 5 minutes. I absolutely love everything about this dinner I prepared for my family. A must eat! 😀
