My wonderful friend was kind enough to buy me Madeleine pans. I was happy because I’ve always wanted to try baking them. I used this recipe from Allrecipes.com. I loved how these taste! We all know how I love lemons! 🙂 The only thing I would modify is the baking time. My Madeleines came out brown instead of yellow/light brown. I will surely make these again! People who ate them couldn’t eat just one, they had to have more!
