After eating someone’s homemade quiche from work, I had to try making it myself. I found it to be a great and fulfilling breakfast dish. Going off my tastes, I knew pork sausage, jalapenos, and cheese were the main ingredients so I started there. I used: 1 cup of mild cheddar, Hillshire farm sausage, 2 tablespoons of jalapenos, a teaspoon of red peppers, 1/4 cup of milk, 4 eggs and mixed it all in 1 bowl. I baked it for about 45 minutes until the top was golden brown or the toothpick/knife came out clean once poked in it. What a great quiche! All I would change is adding only 1 tablespoon of jalapenos instead of 2. I made it too spicy for myself.
