Ok! With my new resolution in place to get sugar cookies right, this is a vast improvement. I used a recipe I found from McCormick. These cookies tasted like sugar cookies with the addition of nutmeg. These were more like Sugar spiced cookies. Either way, I’m getting better with sugar cookies. The only problem I had with these was they would stick to each other after I cooled them and placed them in the container. I’ve come across this similar issue before with my ginger cookies. They’re soft so they just need to be cooled longer than most cookies.
