For my last dinner in Toronto, I went to Mother’s Dumplings in Chinatown for dinner. I’ve never had dumplings before so I met up with a friend who’s eaten there many times to help me out with my selection. Having been full from eating Indian food earlier in the afternoon, I didn’t have much room for Chinese food. So I ordered a small salad. I thought it would be a very small salad but it looked like a normal sized salad to me. I believe it came with flavored celery, sea weed and what looked like tofu spaghetti. It was all good. Then we ordered a green onion pancake and some tofu veggie dumplings. That evening, we went completely vegan. It was all tasty.
