I’ve never had a Korean pancake (호떡)before. I apologize for the picture quality. I was just aimlessly walking around Koreatown in Toronto and came across a place selling pancakes. I wish I could remember the name of the place. I ordered a maple brown sugar pancake and it had sunflower seeds inside. It was served hot. I had no idea what to think of it. It didn’t taste like a breakfast food but it was….catchy. I couldn’t stop eating it. I wanted to try the different flavors.  I believe it only cost me $1.50.
