It’s been many years since I’ve made my homemade peach cobbler. Thank goodness my recipe was still in good condition. After reading Martha Stewart’s Baking Handbook, I wanted to challenge myself to make a lattice crust decoration. This is also the first time I’ve made the crust using wheat flour. The wheat flour was overpowering the rest of the cobbler. I don’t think I’ll use wheat flour again for this kind of dessert.
