Homemade Chocolate Cake with butter-cream frosting. Looks like cookies and cream to me. That’s not what I was going for but I guess it works. It’s supposed to be all white. hehe. I’ve really got to work on appearances. Now that the food I make actually tastes good, it’s time to make it look good too! lol!
These are my favorite chef knives to use. The type of knife you use to cut fruit or vegetables really makes a difference in terms of ease. I’ve noticed that when I use these knives as opposed to other knives, it’s easier to cut food quickly.
Soft Ginger cookies with and without chocolate chips. These came out soft, too soft. lol. They kept sticking to each other even after I let them cool on the rack. They do taste good though. It truly is hard to eat just one because they stick to each other! I’ve gotta figure out how to make that not happen.
After making about 8 cookies like this with chocolate chips, I’ve realized that you don’t need to add chocolate chips to everything! lol. I only added them cause my dad thought it would taste good like this. I thought the chips took away from the actual taste of the ginger cookie.
Blueberry Muffins. Homemade, my first time. I don’t like blueberries. My mom does. So I bought blueberries on sale ($.99 hehe) and I made her muffins. Don’t ask me if these taste good because I wouldn’t know. She’s been eating them so they must be alright. I just wanted to expand my baking abilities.
