Along Oxford Street in London was a Belgian waffle cart. This was my very first encounter with having a Belgian Waffle. I had heard so much about how delicious they were and wanted to try it myself. I paid about 5 pounds for this and it was worth every pence! Soft like a donut on the inside and crispy with a sugar-like syrup on the outside. I was in food heaven! I couldn’t believe I went majority of my life not tasting a Belgian waffle. I started looking at other waffles I ate in the past like a serious disappointment.
